The Collection Overview
The Computer History Museum is home to the world's largest collection of artifacts related to the history of computing and includes hardware, software, documents, ephemera, photographs and moving images. The Museum seeks to preserve a comprehensive view of computing history, one that includes the machines, software, business and competitive environments, personal recollections, and social implications of one of humankind's most important invention, the computer.

Oral Histories
This archive contains transcripts and videos of oral history interviews and panel discussions with key pioneers and contributors to the Information Age collected by the Computer History Museum.

We welcome the contribution of hardware, software, photographs, audio recordings, moving images and documents related to the history of computing. Thank you for considering a donation to the museum.
Research Requests
The Museum welcomes use of its collections. The document collections consist of manuals, books, marketing brochures, periodicals, technical reports and other types of documentation listed in more than 20,000 catalog entries.
