Fix Directory Structure Changes ( #17 )

* Improve wget invocation to get images as well
* Fix relative links with new directory structure
- A few links are still broken and tables don't render correctly yet

Correct for new dir structure

It looks like a few things have been moved around on the site breaking
the scripts.
Change just shuffles some dirs around to get it working again.
